THE FARMINGTON HOTEL is Liberia largest hotel conference venue, offering 700 square meters of event space across four meeting rooms in our conference building but also a board meeting room;

Located less than 100 meters from Roberts International Airport, the hotel is well placed for hosting international delegates. From those traveling from nearby Monrovia, we have free parking available to up 150 cars

All our meeting rooms include free wifi (our bandwidth will have a dedicated internet only for the conference guests and bandwidth capacity will be adjusted depending number of guests), air conditioning, natural daylight and sound system as well as video projector and screen. Due to our reliable internet, we can also organize video conferences

• Our main conference hall, 468 square meters, has a 5 meter screen and projector but we can also add multi-screen TV set up.

This hall can welcome upon 500 persons on theatre style or on standing cocktail, 400 persons for a dinner with round tables or 250 persons if U-Shape or classroom set-up.

We have both wireless microphones and table ones up to your needs

• Our three event rooms, 609 square meters each, are perfect for smaller groups or can be used as break-out rooms. In classroom or U-shape, each can welcome 30 persons or as theatre style up to 50 persons. Each room has projector and screen

• Located nearby the hotel lobby, our board meeting room, 60 square meters, with its large oval table can welcome a maximum of 12 persons. Large TV screen can be used for video conference or training or else.

For each conference, we can propose you morning and afternoon coffee-break with a variety of delicacies, mini-sandwiches, fruit skewers tea, coffee, fresh juice and tailored it depending your needs such as healthy coffee-break or more consistent ones

Meals can be served in the conference room or in the main restaurant for all your delegates and our variety of cuisine such as International, Liberian, Middle-East can accommodate all palates
